How to make the measurements correctly for the spreadsheet
The drawings are crap, send me your better ones and I will use them,
but they contain the information.
The first section is for front wheels, the second section is for dished wheels.
The numbers in green are to be changed with your numbers, the number in red is your answer.
The numbers in yellow are for internal calculations, no touch.
Effective Rim Diameter; The measurement of the diameter where the spokes end. This is different from the inside
diameter of the rim as the spokes go through the rim section a measureable distance. On deep section, boxsection or areo
rims this can add many millemeters to the inside rim diameter.Measure to where the threaded spoke tips should end.
Also remember that when you are measuring across, the spoke hole on one side directly faces the center of the two
opposing spoke holes.
Flange spoke hole diameter measurement.
Flange to flange width meaurement.
Inside frame width measurement.
Where to measure flange to inside frame measurement, repeat for the other side.
